SPROUT

Our Story

Nicollette and Rachel found each other during their undergraduate studies at San Jose State University. They quickly found that they were like minded individuals that shared a passion for accessing communication for those who face communication challenges. Both Nicollette and Rachel have spent their early careers working in the public school system to support students in Special Education, but quickly realized that their drive to make meaningful impact on children and their families is much more useful in their homes and community.

The name "Sprout" was chosen to encompass our mission to lay a nutrient dense ground work with family involvement and education to focus on allowing a child's communication to grow in their loving environment.
